Project description: Anchored on one of the most active street of Lincoln park, this previous flower shop has not been renovated for decades. The facade was showing a lot of signs of degradation and needed to be addressed quickly in order to prevent further damages. Not having a tenant yet in lease, this develloper needed to maintain a aesthetic that could span across a multitude of tenant types, while giving this facade a much needed curb appeal.
