Project description: Anchored on one of the most active streets in Lincoln park, this previous flower shop seemed to be in the heart of a true food revival area in Lincoln park. In order to attract a quality restaurant owner, this developer entrusted us to provide a marketing and permit drawing package to outfit the space for his target demographic. While only the infrastructure and the core elements of the space will be built, the full plan and marketing renderings will allow future tenants to project themselves in the space. We connected with local chef-owners for this project in order to leverage their expertise.
