Project description: Anchored on one of the most active street of Lincoln park, this previous flower shop seemed to be in the hearth of a true food revival in Lincoln park. In order to attract a qualitative restaurant owner, this developer entrusted us to provide a marketing and permit drawing package together to prepare the space for the demographic he was targeting. While only the infrastructure and the core element of the space will be built, the full plan and marketing renderings will allow future tenant to project themselves in the space.
