Project description: This classic victorian centennial home was purchased in 2019 by this developper that saw the potential to increase its SF. Originally a 2 bed, 1.5 bath, our team reconfigured the layout of the space to proposed a total of 4 bed, 3,5 bath, including two ensuite bathroom on the third floor. The entirety of the home was gutted, an additional stair was installed from the first floor to the basement as well as from the second floor to the third floor, to offer an ease of flow and maximize the use of the home. The overall building process took a year, and was built during Covid challenging supply chain.

From the original arch at the kitchen, to the stained glass window and the original mortised staircase, the original charm and historical value of this home to the neighborhood was important for us to consider during the entirety of our design process. We wanted to leverage the natural beautiful details this house was already offering and build upon them.
